The Ellison Campus Center turns 50! Over the last 50 years this building has been the living room to numerous students and community members. It is the gathering place for such traditional events as the Black Symposium, Hispanic Heritage Month, Hip-Hop Summit, Women's Leadership Conference, Welcome Week, Darwin Festival, and so much more! It has welcomed the Veterans Affairs, Diversity & Multicultural Affairs, and Student Life offices to its facility and continues to be the home to a number of student organizations.
The accomplishments of those that host their events within this facility and spend numerous hours in this building advocating for students need to be celebrated. Join us in this year long celebration. In 2016 we will cut some cake, display student leaders accomplishments, and host a silver dinner celebration. We look for your assistance to fund these events to help everyone celebrate in a large way!
