Career Closet/ Dress for Success
By having the appropriate attire and professional accessories, students will make a lasting impression at networking events and job interviews so that they shine and stand out from the competition. Help us support our Vikings as they achieve their professional aspirations!
Career Services is hosting a Career Closet on Thursday, February 20, 2020 to provide Salem State students access to new and gently used professional attire. The goal is to help our students prepare for the Job & Internship Fair and interview process. All students are encouraged to choose professional dress items from the Career Closet at no cost to them.
We have set a fundraising goal of $1,500 to not only kickstart the first Career Closet, but also to build a foundation for future career readiness and dress for success programming.
Every dollar counts. Donate to help a Viking enter the professional world!
Hello and welcome to Career Services!
We are doing something new here. We are hosting a Career Closet for every students professional dress needs. It is a one-stop-shop for students to find new and gently used professional attire for the Job & Internship Fair, interviews, and anything in-between! The Career Closet will be free to students to help ease the financial burden of finding appropriate attire.
The money we raise will directly benefit Salem State Students, kick-start the Career Closet and build a foundation for future career-readiness and dress for success programming.
