Women's Basketball Fundraiser

They say the future is a combination of the past and the present that meets in a special place leading to what happens next. Salem State Women's Basketball is a hard working and dedicated division 3 NCAA team that competes in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference. This year’s Salem State Women’s Basketball roster represents a journey back to the future as it is one of the youngest groups the program has put forth in quite a while. Featuring a great blend of 5 freshmen, 2 sophomores, 3 juniors, and 3 exceptional Senior Captains, this hard-working group brings an intensity and competitiveness that is contagious and fun to watch. 

The experience of playing collegiate sports should be a holistic one that provides an opportunity for each student-athlete to grow off the court as well as on the court. To that end, each year we look to provide off-court experiences that serve both as a team bonding exercise as well as provide each of our players the opportunity to experience something new. 

This year we are asking for your help to provide the best student-athlete experience for all players. Currently, players are responsible for funding their own practice gear, warm ups and travel gear. It is our goal, with your help to provide support to attain these resources needed to be a successful program. Please consider donating to help contribute to the cost of these essentials as well as fulfill a team bonding experience.
