Men's Soccer Gear

The Men's Soccer program at Salem State has a long and storied history, from conference championships and many runs into the NCAA tournament, to many All Conference, All Region and even All American players.  Boasting players from around the world and the country, we have always done a good job of mixing different talents and styles to create a winning program.

In recent years, it has always been a bit of a struggle to keep the team kitted out in the quality gear necessary to train and perform at the highest level.  Fundraising is becoming a more important ingredient in providing the tools necessary to develop the program and provide the training necessary to climb back into the ranks of champions.  Every year, practice clothing wears out and needs to be replaced, new and helpful training equipment becomes available, so it is important to be able to update, to keep up and advance.  Also, given that the season heads into late October and early November, it is always important to find warm-up gear for the players so we can look like a team, even in the coldest weather.

Socrates once said, "The secret of change is to focus all your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new."  This is how we look at the program, what will it look like going forward, and how are we going to get there.  We are recruiting new players, those who are still in the program are always working on their game, the progress never stops, and every year is a new opportunity, and you can be a vital part of our future success.
