Due to the recent university-sponsored student travel advisory in response to COVID-19 and the Commonwealth’s state of emergency, this student travel trip has been postponed. In honor of your intent to support student travel opportunities, your donation will be used to support future APAHE student travel opportunities. Our goal from this crowdfunding campaign is to go to the Asian Pacific Americans in Higher Education (APAHE) conference in April. Attending this conference will help candidates bring ideas back to the organization and increase awareness about Asian cultures and ethnicities across Salem State. From attending APAHE, we will gain leadership skills, learn how to properly network with staff, students, and outside businesses as well as how to address stigmas and mental health in the Asian community.
Your generosity will have a lasting impact on a group of young students. No matter the donation size, everything helps us get closer to our goal!
