Salem State University Women's Lacrosse plays in the competitive Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC). Our conference is comprised of 8 teams throughout New England. Our Vikings have shown great success on and off the field over recent years.
Pertaining to the team's success off the field, the student-athletes representing this program are among the best academic performers on campus. Our team has maintained a high level of classroom achievement while also finding time to give back to the community.
With the drive to be the best and recruit the best, we need to provide the best in overall student-athlete experience to the young women who choose SSU. We face a lack of financial resources to help offer student-athletes the travel opportunities that being a championship program require. Outside of our offseason fundraising efforts, players are currently responsible for their travel costs to our Spring Fling Tournament in Florida. Any of your help would alleviate the out of pocket hardship our players already face.
As we look forward to our 2019 season, we look to raise funds for our Spring Break trip to play in the Spring Fling Tournament. We're excited to play SUNY Fredonia and Keene State down in Florida!
